NovaTouchTM
series 500
This controller can be used
for small systems up to 8 stations and 4
pumps or up to 48 stations and 4 pumps.
We also have versions available to
operate up to 64 stations and 4 pumps.
These controls are ideal for central
drying/conveying systems.
NovaTouch options include:
- Blowback and/or purge and/or
proportioning can be added
(dependent on the number of stations
controlled)
- Plug and play communications
modules for modem, Modbus, Profibus,
ASI and MPI are inexpensive and
easily added options
- Ethernet (with or without
embedded web page), DeviceNet and
Canbus protocols are also available
- Custom panels available to
control any number of stations and
pumps with as many options as
required
- Color touch screen - 6", 10",
12" or 15"

Custom Programmed PLC Controls
One of NOVATEC's greatest
engineering strengths lies in our
ability to custom program all major
brands of PLC controllers including G.E.,
AllenBradley, Modicoon, Simens and more.
We are also proficient in creating
custom graphics for all major brands of
touch screens adn as well as programming
Wonderware, RSView, WinCC and Cimplicity
(Proficy) to enable remove control of
PLCs from multiple PC terminals.

NovaTouch
MCS-648 and MCS-696 Fully Distributed
I/O
One or two 4-conductor
shielded cables, with up to 63 I/O
nodes, extend through the plant from one
central PLCs with a 10" color touch
screen control panel. Larger
screens available.Four wire drops
with quick connects are attached to I/O
modules which communicate with vacuum
pumps, station controls valves, purge
valves, vacuum receivers and even an
auto-ID proofing system at the
quick-change manifold.
Installation is much easier and less
costly than many other types of systems
and has less than 10% of the drop cables
of some systems.
